Will the approval process for developing e-CAL be different from the approval process for developing Conference Approved Literature?
The main difference is the e-CAL process will be much quicker. Al-Anon members, including Delegates from throughout the U.S. and Canada, are ready to review submissions electronically for adherence to Al-Anon Legacies and policies. Upon members' recommendations and approval by the Executive Director, submissions will very quickly become electronic Conference Approved Literature.
How will I know if my submission has been received and used?
Please attach your name, e-mail address, and telephone number each time you submit a presentation. One of the advantages of e-CAL is the ability to present a variety of messages and material in a quick-changing format. The World Service Office will acknowledge receipt of your submission and would like to contact you in case there is a technical difficulty. We would also like to let you know when your presentation is posted on the site.
Note that all sharings become the property of Al-Anon Family Group Headquarters, Inc., and may be used in whole or in part to develop Al-Anon/Alateen printed or electronic material.
Thanks in advance for your participation! We hope to see your experience, strength, and hope among the wealth of personal recovery that will become known as e-CAL!
